“I am sure it is great for most people but for me, I had a reaction if I took more than 1 Tablespoon. Sometimes that was even too much. I am trying 1 tablespoon every other day, and after the first batch I'm only making 2 cups at a time. I felt bad throwing out some of the first batch, but you can't keep it more than a week.
