Also, I was unprepared and nervous that I used Apple cider vinegar as prebiotic and still the result was great.

I use this with the coconut kefir water. Works great after rounds of antibiotics

I am completely new to fermenting vegetables, so I like having a guarantee that it will work. So far everything I've made with this starter has worked. I like knowing that I'm getting added bacteria than just what's on the veggies themselves. I will order again.

I wouldn't make my cultured vegetables with any else.

It was easy to make cultured vegetables using the culture starter. The process went well and in 7 days I had 9 one quart bottles of my own cultured vegetables. They taste great and are helping my digestion.

As a novice I appreciate how easy the culture starters make the process. I've also used them for my coconut kefir and coconut meat and they came out delicious!!

My favorite combo: beets, carrots, ginger, garlic, celery. Goes with tons of things! This starter is easy to use and goes a long way. It has been very helpful in keeping me healthy. I think I actually got appendicitis because I haven't had my probiotics because someone took my packets.

It took me a couple tries to get the brine how I like it for veggies, and of course recipes and experimentation to improve. But my family and friends have already commented that I'm looking better, after just a couple weeks. I only expect this to get better! Thanks!
