Before my candida had healed enough, I was unable to ferment with this. It caused cravings in me. But after a few years of using no starter, just salt, in my cultured veggies, my skin started itching every spring. So I tried it again and found that my candida was healed enough to use it. My itching has completely disappeared. This contains very healthy cultures. Love it! Grateful!

I used the veggie culture starter with some cabbage, carrots and ginger, it turned out great!

I love sauerkraut! When I found out that I could make my own with this product I was very happy. It is easy to make and taste better that store bought. The brands at the health food store are processed with heat and have to much salt in them and the RAW brands are cold processed but high in price for a small amount.

So far I've made five batches of cultured veggies using the Culture Starter and I've been very pleased with the results. Our favorite mix is cabbage, kale and sea vegetables.
