“Giving this 3 stars because I don't know what I should be expecting to experience. Having been a clean eater for 3 years, and off sugar for 6 weeks when I started using this, I haven't seen any changes. I bought the Culture Starter as part of a start up kit. In one evening, after watching the video, I sliced up tons of veggies, added the Culture Starter and EcoBloom 'brine', and packed them into 14 canning jars. They fermented for at least 5 days. The two jars I've eaten have tasted good but I cannot say I've seen health benefits. If anything, I've been more tired...sleeping 9-12 hrs a night and requiring 1.5-3hrs of naps during the day. This could be my body repairing itself, but it's hard to tell. I haven't tied culturing whipped butter or sour cream as dairy is currently off my meal plans.”
