As you can see from our reviews for this product that quite a vast majority of customers are happy with the foot sleeves and it's helped relieve heel and plantar fasciitis support. While the size chart is accurate for the vast majority of our customers it cannot accommodate everyone. Not everyone is made the same. The shaped to fit' design, molds to fit your foot perfectly, although it may take a couple of days before it feels comfortable. Its initial tight fit is normal, this allows the sleeve to take on the shape of your foot and give it support where it's needed. We aim to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
