Have suffered significantly from plantar fasciitis for 20 odd years. Since being directed to use the OS1st compression socks by my podiatrist, about 2 years ago, I have not had a serious episode of heel pain since. I wear them even with sandals, people say they don’t even notice them, and they are light weight and comfortable. Highly recommend

Bought this with the longer version for nerve pain. I find the shorter foot sleeve great for more subtle wearing. It definitely helps with my nerve pain in my foot, tamed down the phantom crushing sensations blissfully. The longer socks did help with leg fatigue where as these don’t, but these are much easier to wear on hot days!

Initial size too small even though they are supposed to cover to size 13 I am size 12 They rolled under at the front feeling like stone in the shoe under the arch The larger pair are better but jury is still out on effectiveness
