“My podiatrist suggested these may reduce the swelling, and hence the pain, I was experiencing from my grade 4(bone on bone) ankle arthritis, and she was correct. I rarely take analgesia or anti inflamatories now, and put the socks on as soon as I get up, before the inflammation sets in, and can be on my feet many more hours now, compared to previously. Not a perfect fix, but definitely better than popping pills!”
