Hi Relle, Sorry to hear you're not happy with the back brace. As you can see from the other reviews your experience is an exception to the average user experience. There are so many variables with injuries that 1 product can't provide relief to everyone who tries it. This is why we have a return policy (with free exchanges) so that customers can try a product to see if it will suit their needs. If it doesn't they can return or exchange it for something else.
