“The Body Assist Inguinal Hernia Belt 590 is made of quality materials and is of a very good design, I have viewed others on the market and I felt that it offered the best compromise for support without being too bulky, having now worn it for 4 days, (not including sleeping). and is very comfortable. only thing I found that the waist size guide is a bit generous, probably the area where the belt fits would be more accurate, I went for the large my waist 39-40" where as where the belt fits is 38" so the medium would be better, and have a better velcro contact. My order was processed very promptly as I ordered it at 10pm on a Sunday night 30/01/22 was posted the next day Monday express post and was delivered to me in Adelaide on Wednesday morning at 11am 02/02/22, shame I couldn't tell the postie to deliver at 2.22pm thankyou BodyHeal. cheers Alan”

As for the size guide we always advise our customers that if you fall in the middle of two sizes then it's generally better to go for the bigger size. “As I have used these products for a number of years (they do not last long) they do not seem to do what I thought they would -- not fitting tight enough to keep the hernia in ... Thanks”

“I have had a good run out of these hernia belts, they have provided me with good support over a few years. The only improvement I could suggest is to provide a soft cover over the 2 straps that go between the legs to stop the straps from chaffing the inner legs. My wife has made me up 2 of these to slip over the 2 straps and this has made the wearing of the hernia belt far more comfortable.”

“This belt for me is at times a little uncomfortable... the man tackle sometimes gets a bit crowded. However, life is more comfortable than not wearing it. Price acceptable.”
