“I ordered a medium sized one as I have small shoulders but it is way too tight! Can I return it and get a large?”

Hi Rachel! Thank you for your feedback. Yes, you can still return your product and exchange it for a bigger size. Sorry to hear the product did not match your expectations. As you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provide the support that most of our customers need. However, like any garment/support, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. We have a 30-day return policy. Returns have to be received in an as-new condition with its original packaging and will be inspected upon return. Please note products that are worn (more than to judge suitability or fit) will not meet our return policy. For exchanges to a different size/colour/product, we will pay for shipping both ways. “My wife has small shoulders and a 30 inch measurement around the chest just below the bust line. After putting on the shoulder straps and tightening around the waist she finds that the attachment with the Velcro tab is such that she can only have it on for around about 30 minutes before it gets very uncomfortable and has to release it.”

“It is too small - I ordered the medium size - bearing in mind I’m 154cm tall & weigh 52kgs so imagine to my surprise, when I discovered it didn’t fit! My solution is to go to “Spotlight” & match the elastic straps so I can extend them. Extremely disappointed but determined to make it work. A physio gave me an identical device 20+yrs ago after a terrible car accident - wore it daily for yrs, until I could no longer purchase them. Very excited when I “BodyHeal” but alas the straps are too short. The delivery was swift - no problem there.”

“The Medium size feels great on my body, but I am a petite size. I actually purchased this for my friend who is quite a lot larger than me. This one may not fit her, she may need a larger size.”

We recommend using the size guide because it's the most accurate but everyone is made differently so it's accurate 100% of the time. Also, if your friend falls in the middle of two sizes then it's generally better to go for the bigger size. Our exchange policy is 30 days. “Client reported good effect for postural control with brace. able to adjust as the day went on with ease. Did report that material thick so cannot wear under all her work wear due to visibility”

“It was a bit tight for me even though I have ordered a size a bit bigger. The elastic grip on was tight and made it hard for me to breathe. Other than that it was great.”
