Hi Brian! Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear the product did not match your expectations. As you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provide the support that most of our customers need. This is the first time that we received feedback like this. Most of the time our customers don't have any problems using the support either left or right leg. However, like any garment/support, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. We have a 30-day return policy. Returns have to be received in an as-new condition with its original packaging and will be inspected upon return. Please note products that are worn (more than to judge suitability or fit) will not meet our return policy. For exchanges to a different size/color/product, we will pay for shipping both ways. “Bought it for bursitis of my hip bit bulky for women only wear it at home but I do get some relief”

“Not happy. The product seemed to serve its purpose ok upon first useage however only after a few weeks of use one of the velcro tabs has completely tore off whilst wearing and now I can't tighten it up properly.”

“I am very happy with the neo g groin support 888B. I do a lot of walking and bending in my job and was in a lot of pain. When wearing the strap i can walk with confidence so thank you. If you could advise me on straps for tennis elbow and wrists supports i would appreciate that.”
