“Measured knee as 16" and bought the Large version 15 - 17". It wasn't as tight as I would like, so returned for the Medium which is perfect. Suggest erring on the smaller side, as brace will loosen with use.”

“I have been suffering with knee/patella issues and needed to find some strong knee support to help my recovery. I some how stumbled around the internet and found the McDavid Patellar Knee Support 421 and decided to try it. It gives fantastic support to my knee and has enabled me to continue to do long walks and bush walks as I worked to strengthen my legs. “Just excellent. No more pain in my knee, can walk so much easier and move around more. Received the knee brace within 2 days of purchase, great service. Highly recommend you purchase a mcdavid. I also have a wrist support for carpal tunnel. would not wear anything else. Best purchase you will ever make.”
