“I had an MRI after a knee injury earlier this year, my GP said that I should not ski anymore, I'm so glad I purchased two of these braces and im now skiing with no pain at all or any discomfort, these braces protect my knees for any twisting or impact and are incredibly comfortable, amazing product, I wish I've purchased them years ago!! “I bought this knee brace and it doesn’t have back straps for support like in the picture here. My husband wore it once and hurt himself due to lack or support. Very disappointed.”

We understand where you're coming from, in the images if you look closely the straps at the back are sewn in. Further, we think the images and video accurately depict the knee brace and there there are no adjustable straps at the back. If you could tell us why you're after a brace that has straps at the back? The top and bottom straps are designed to tighten the brace so it fits comfortably and doesn't move. We are confident that your husband will still feel the support. It's our most supportive hinged knee brace. We have a 30 day returns policy that allows you to try on our products to judge fit. So there is an opportunity for all our customers to try on the product and return it back to us if they think it's not a good fit for them. “Got the right size. But if worn for too long it gets tight around the calf. The handy tags to help pull the brace is a good idea, however the inside tag runs against the other leg and is annoying, even if you tuck it into the brace (bulky). The top straps could probably be a little higher so it is covered more by the top one. Otherwise brace does a great job for how ever long I wear it for but cannot wear for days in a row.”
