“I have to return the knee pads as they are too small. Your sizing chart is incorrect and needs to be changed. My knees measure 18-19 inches which is L, but they are so tight l can just get them on. They are unwarrantable. I need them next week for a yacht race. So after paying to have them delivered quickly- l am in a mess. Regards, Gerard Carroll”

Hi Gerard, we're sorry to hear about your experience. The size guide on our website is recommended by the brand (McDavid) and it's served most of our customers well. However like any apparel there are always exceptions, not everyone is made the same. You still fall within the 30 day return period. If you wish you can order the next size up (size XL) and with Express Post you should still be able to get it in time for your yacht race. I've made a coupon for you, (removed), so that the Express Post charge is free. Thanks

“I measured correctly and ordered size large for my old lady farmer knees, getting down on ground etc, but found them so tight that they would be unwearable. I am waiting to hear back from you so I can return them. They would otherwise be a fabulous cool and flexible item.”
