“I ordered a pair of their knee pads in black, and the order went through, i got express post and insurance (an extra $8). the day after i ordered it i got an email saying that their had been a mistake and that they did not have what i had ordered in stock, so they said they would get some in from another store and ship them express for free. the day after i got an email saying that there were none in Australia, and that it would be a month before they got back in stock, and that my options were as follows: i could get the same product in white (at 40% off with free shipping and insurance), get the short knee pads in black (again, with at 40% off with free shipping and insurance), or i could get a coupon code for 25% off when they had the new stock in. I placed my order late Tuesday night, and, even with the complications, got it on Friday afternoon. the team at body heal kept me updated and was very professional, i would recommend using their website to any one that needs a relevant product, and i will be buying from them in the future.”
