“I purchased the Airflow Wrist & Thumb Support. Although sml for my hand, it is a good product for support needed. Whilst I require a large size, I object to paying $9.90 for a lightweight package weighing .09kg. Kate, (Melbourne)”

It seems like you may be unaware that we offer free exchanges where we take care of shipping both ways. https://www.bodyheal.com.au/pages/return-exchange Secondly, Auspost charges the same for any package up to 500 grams. So the shipping for a parcel that's 0.01kg will cost the same as a parcel that 0.49kg. Unfortunately shipping is, in-fact, very expensive. You can use this tool to see that it's around $10 for shipping from QLD to VIC. We aren't charging any premiums. Thanks! BodyHeal

What was the product used for? Arthritis of the thumbs.

“I do not find this product helpful. The thumb support is insufficient for my arthritis. The wrist is tight and the hand is a bit loose.”

As you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provide the support that most of our customers need. However, like any garment/support, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. The Neo G Airflow Wrist & Thumb Support 722 only provide support for Osteoarthritis and minor pain associated with arthritis. It could be that you need the IMAK Gloves support as it is designed specifically for arthritis pain. As for the tightness of the wrist, it could be that you need the next size up. We always aim to keep our customers happy and satisfied. We have a free 45-day return policy. Returns have to be received in an as-new condition with its original packaging and will be inspected upon return. Please note products that are worn (more than to judge suitability or fit) will not meet our return policy. For exchanges to a different size/colour/product, we will pay for shipping both ways.
