“I often wake with achey hands (and feet). These gloves feel like a hug around my hands and relieve some of the swelling and aching. They are comfortable to wear day or night.”

“Gloves are miles too expensive! Similar ones can be purchased on Amazon for $5. Absolute Rip Off!! Lesson learnt - Caveat emptor!”

Hello Brian, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We're sorry you're not happy with your purchase. What you purchased from us is a branded product from IMAK who were the first to design the arthritis gloves. They hold various patents for their arthritis products and are endorsed by the Arthritis foundation. There are many imitators these days, usually factories in Asia selling via Amazon, that use the same images, description etc (copyright infringement). The product may be very similar, but it's not the original. Having a quick look at the reviews, none of these generic products are rated as highly. We also look after our customers when it comes to warranties and our easy exchange policy makes it very convenient to get the correct size. The pricing is set by the brand and we follow that. So with respect, you're purchasing a different product and should not be compared. Similar to Nike shoes with generic shoes. You're more than welcome to purchase from Amazon, we never claim that our renowned brands are the cheapest in town. Thanks, BodyHeal

Hi! Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, apparel is one of those things where it won't fit perfectly for some people. As you can imagine we sell quite a few of these during winter and for most people it fits quite well. There are some that find it too long or too short but if the brand tries to cater for every permutation then there would be so many varieties of sizes it would get confusing trying to pick a size. We recently had a customer send in a review and an image of her wearing the gloves.
