“My new compression socks are helping reduce swelling in my feet and toes overnight. The fabric is very soft and comfortable to wear. The socks are very well made! Size guide was helpful - I’m very happy with my purchase and quick delivery and would recommend anyone with arthritis in their feet give them a try .”

“I have a Lisfranc Break on my right foot, shattered every bone except one from the front forward. After repairing my foot, my big toe sticks up. I have tried a lot of socks to help with relief and then I found these little gems. 1 issue down, thank you. ❤”

“The sock are well made and fit nicely around my toes but are made from a material that doesn't stay up like normal socks so they slip down & off very easily.”

The size chart is the manufacturer's recommended size chart and it is accurate for the vast majority of our customers. However, like any garment, there are exceptions such as yourself. If the socks slide down & off then it might be you need to exchange them for a smaller size. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. We have a 45 day returns policy that allows you to try on our products to judge fit. So there is an opportunity for all our customers to try on the product and return it back to us if they think it's not a good fit for them. “I was really pleased with my first pair of sock and bought this pair to alternate the two. I've washed my original pair a couple of times as per the instructions, and they're not staying up as well. Still good to sleep in.”

Hi Gus! Thank you for the positive feedback. This is the first time we have heard about this issue as we do have a lot of positive feedback in regards to the IMAK Socks. To maintain the quality of the socks simply hand wash them in cold water, rinse well, and air dry. Do not put in the tumble drier or use fabric softener or bleach. I hope this helps.
