“I ordered the toe socks in their large size (11/14). I take a sized 12/13 shoe. There is absolutely no way I could get these socks on my toes let alone pull them up.while I realize they need to be tight to "work", their sizing is way too small.”

Hi Steve, thanks for leaving an honest review! Our previous customers haven't really mentioned anything about the elastic being loose at the top. Could it be that the size may be too big? We do have a "we'll pay your shipping" for exchanges, which is gives our customers an opportunity to try on products to judge fit and suitability. I don't know if the product will meet our returns policy now as it seems like it may have been worn more than our policy allows. We'll email you privately to see what else we can do.

“I found the socks that I purchased very good but I thought the large size which I purchased was not big enough even though i am not a big man but I have very back arthritis in my feet & found it very difficult to get my toes into the intervidual spaces. I would consider purchasing another pair but because of this fact i am very hesitant to do so.”
