Hi Antonietta, So sorry to hear about your experience regarding the swimming cast cover. The cast cover can be a bit tricky to put on. For the seal to work correctly, the excess air needs to be pushed out of the cover. Please watch this video especially from around the 1:09 mark https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iyHmbqJRNl8 In the extremely rare event it is faulty with a hole or break in the seal. Please take a photo so we can supply a replacement or refund.

“A clever concept but I needed something that would last for about 3 months and it had to be non slip for both feet - for hydrotherapy - so this product was not quite right for my particular needs so I returned them. It was not a problem to return and money was quickly refunded, so very happy with the supplier Body Heal.”

“I found the product impossible to use. Instructions for use not clear. Apparently it's just photos on the box which mean nothing. I am too scared to try to put it on, fearing damage and then your refusal to refund if I've done that . To me it's useless. I will be asking for refund.”

“My Mum has had long-standing leg ulcers and is constantly in bandages. As this is a life condition we wanted stout covers that would last so she could shower. These are super stretchy and we were able to get the cover over Mum's swollen leg easily and it formed a comfortable seal so she can shower regularly. They are brilliant and strong enough for regular use”
