“It's OK Water still gets in so should only be worn for a short period of time. I wouldn't recommend swimming maybe showering And after 6 wears the top has ripped”

“Unfortunately after a couple of uses, the seal was loose and water was able to get into the cast protector. I found the opening and cover to be much too large for a paediatric size. Very disappointing and a waste of money.”

As you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provide the protection that most of our customers need. However, like any support, there are exceptions such as yourself. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. However, since you mentioned that you have already used the product a couple of times, due to this reason, unfortunately, we can no longer accept the product if you wish to return it.
