It will definitely be different because you purchase the Ankle cast cover on your first order and the second one is the adult short leg. We have circumference and dimensions for each product. “It works, great seal. I just found that it digs into the skin above the cast making for a very quick shower. So, the third time I used it, I tried putting a folded hand towel (about the width of an 80's tennis player's headband) there, I wouldn't recommend this because where the top and bottom of the towel overlapped there was a little water leakage. Stick with the dig and you'll be dry every time.”
