“Ce programme répond parfaitement à mes attentes. Il me guide vers une remise en forme complète, dans un cadre agréable, le rythme est accessible avec des postures adaptées pour tous les niveaux. Je me sens guidée et accompagnée. J'ai suivi auparavant le "14 days Journey" ainsi que de nombreuses vidéos sur votre chaine YouTube ce qui m'a incitée à continuer, à aller plus loin. Merci pour votre sourire, vos ondes positives, j'ai l'impression que tout est possible depuis que je vous ai rencontré sur YouTube ("grâce" au confinement) . Vos cours sont l'équilibre parfait pour le corps, l'esprit et l'âme et le tout dans la bonne humeur et le sourire. Peut-être pourriez vous partager quelques conseils de cardio. Quelle discipline cardio vasculaire complète le mieux la pratique du yoga. A quel rythme ? Combien de fois par semaine etc J'ai hâte de découvrir vos autres challenges. “I'm so, so glad I bought this. I have never been a very keen on phisical exercise kinda girl, because, due to some health problems, i have always found it very difficult to enjoy something which made me feel so stupid and tired. I started my journey with boho beautiful casually and then I felt the need of something more, that was the moment when "Complete" got in my life. I'm so glad I chose this over the others because it offers so many different things to try and it's exciting. A lot. Yeah, some classes are difficult, but I tell you that, if you can keep doing them, or even redoing them (if you feel like it) you will gain not only incredible phisical results, but also a sensation of fulfilling and mindfulness which is waaaaaa better. I hope you'll buy it, and feel like I'm feeling. Sending you so much love and light”
