“fisrt of all i wanna say thanak you for have been with me.. this whole year! you have been a realy help for my mind and my body so thanks a lot!!For that reason i bought the complete BB, it was ok, i was only thought it was more than nutritional tips and or some more nutritional video recipies, and also i thoght it would be even much better than ON DEMAND program, i really like that one. “Mark and Juliana are the real deal. The video quality is always on point and most of the content is dubbed which is much less distracting and way more polished in the end. The workouts are safe, ranging in energy level, challenging and always enjoyable. My wife and I are happy to give back to this company and we both love all that comes with the Boho experience.”
