“Love the variety of Boho Complete. Pilates is probably the most challenging workout I have ever done. The background in all videos allows me to visualize me being on vacation. So easy, load on your iPad and start sweating. I am stronger, and leaner. My husband has also built his strength and has lost inches in his waistline.”

“Glad I bought this! I love the variation of it wirh pilates, yin and yoga workouts. I find it very challenging, and I have to stop for a rest, or vary some of the exercises, but I feel a lot stronger and fitter after only a week, so I'm looking forward to repeating the them over time to see improvement. Compared to a gym fee, this is good value, and you can mix it with Boho's freebies. I will be buying more programs in the future no doubt. Thanks for the great workouts! I never thought yoga could be so tiring!”
