“Wonderful. Makes you engage literally every muscle in your body. Add to that Juliana’s soothing voice, relaxing background music, beautiful exotic landscapes and an occasional glimpse of their lovely dog, and you have a perfect workout program. Pilates classes changed my perception of this style, as I previously thought of it as low-impact exercises for elderly ladies :)”

“I love these workouts. They are the perfect length with most being about 45 minutes. I started doing Boho Beautiful workouts when I saw the pilates exercises that had been prescribed by my physical therapist. I do far more of my PT exercises watching Juliana than I would ever do on my own. The strengthening I get from these workouts helps prevent knee pain and instability for me. At times I have stopped and my knee issues return.”

“I have tried many online courses and been to several yoga classes. This one has by far been the best! Classes are not too easy and challenge me just right! After the first week I can already feel ( and see) positive changes in my posture and flexibility as well as a more flatter belly! So very very satisfied with this product :)”
