“Great Program! I have not yet done all the classes and can already feel the results - I feel more fit. The classes are always very different from one day to the next, targeting different health and wellbeing issues. The sights where the classes are recorded are absolutely fantastic. I find myself being transported to those places - which is great now that we are all in lockdown because of COVID-19. The additional resources (eg. Ebook etc) are also very useful. I love Juliana's energy and constant positive attitude.”

“I’ve been enjoying my sessions with Retreat, Complete and Transform. Some of the poses are challenging and pushing me to a different level. I usually complete my session with yin yoga, that deep stretches really work well especially after Transform/Complete sessions. In fact, I also go to Boho yin on YouTube for a shorter yin session before bedtime”

“I am halfway through the complete program and I feel much stronger. I mixed in with my previous booty/core program and everything in the other program that was once hard is now nothing compared to the complete workouts! Pilates is no joke. Every session is paced thoughtfully, when I have to push and stick it out I'm just far enough in I have momentum and just close enough to the end I make it through. There is so much space to grow into this program. I have to make adaptations at my level, but I can see these workouts serving me for many years to come at any level. Juliana and Mark always come through with a quality product that is packed with their love and good intentions.”

“I’ve been following yr videos on You tube and fell in love with yr classes, the views, yr voice, yr clear instructions , everything ! Just signed up for the Complete programme, loving it. And will repeat the programme so that I can get into the difficult positions (need to improve my flexibility first!). Keep up the good work and keep safe !”
