“As with all Boho materials, this program does not disappoint. Filmed in beautiful sceneries, lovely music, great sequences and program content! Each session is about 45minutes to an hour and you can pick and choose with flexibility (or follow their suggested schedule). I was following the program in conjunction with Boho Beautiful's YouTube and Patreon videos so used it in tandem. I especially enjoyed the full hour long Yin sessions. “I’m very pleased with this program all though it is quite challenging. But then there is plenty room for improvement. The website is very well done and easy to use. You can also download them if you need them offline. The videos are beautiful and Juliana is with you all the way with encouragement and detailed guidance. “I started off by just doing the free you tube videos and enjoyed it so much that I eventually signed up for the monthly Tier 2.
