“Work outs are certainly challenging and I’m not keeping up — yet. After relatively consistent reformer pilates workouts, I’d gotten away from the practice in the last 6 months or so (opting for interval training and cycling and running). However, these classes have renewed my appreciation for pilates and I’ve been enjoying the yoga. Obviously, the timing of self isolation due to COVID-19 led me to an online search for classes, but I’ll keep up with it afterward because the benefits have been wonderful… and the value is superior to private studio memberships.”

“I really like the program. The classes are well set-up, no area of the body is left out in toning or streching. It is very motivating, that there is a 14day / 21day plan, it is so much easier to follow. I also love Julianas voice, its so calm and nice and the marvellous sceneries! I didnt read the whole book, only the parts I was interested in. ( Guidelines and Focus Points). Maybe different programs would be nice: beginner, medium and advanced yoga/pilates complete programs :) Thank you for your hard work! Love and Light from Hungary”

“The Yin Yogas were my first inspiration, but now I have really started enjoying the challenge the pilates and yoga provide. The program is easy to use. I am so appreciative of the quality of the videos and the lovely, soothing and encouraging atmosphere they are able to create in your own home. Boho Beautiful has got me on a path of doing yoga in my own home and finding tranquility when time is scarce.”
