“Love this films!!! Pilates and yoga for strenght, and the yin yoga for strech and relaxing. They are all heavy and challeging, but i am getting stronger each day. I am 47 years old, and this way og exercising is perfect for mye body and health, and mye goal is to do some og your films every day.”

“This is a wonderful program! I've been doing it for a month now. I feel stronger, leaner, more energized and somewhat supported. I like that i can do pilates and the day after i can change it to yoga - however i feel like. The classes are still challenging but i always feel amazing afterwards. Unfortunatly, these programs are very expensive for me, but i am very glad i bought it and i am definitely planning to save some for other programs in the future. Juliana & Mark, thank you for your amazing work and existence, please never stop shining!”
