“I’ve been a big supporter and avid follower of the Boho Beatiful team for several years. I purchased the Complete program to get extended videos to expand my practice and it made all the difference! I selected this particular program for the Yin videos, which has made a big difference in reducing my stress and stretching out my hip area, which is problematic for me. I highly recommend this program for a simple at-home way to reduce stress and tone. I’ve also dropped a size in my waist, so that’s an added bonus for me. I followed the program and incorporated more salads into my diet and I finally fit into size 26 jeans, which is a first for me! Thank you, Boho! You are truly beautiful! -Angela”

“This is an excellent program overall. However several of the Pilates sessions require to keep the plank position for a long period of time which is not possible for me due to shoulder weakness and hyperlax ligaments. The Yoga classes are rather advanced and the user needs to first make sure he/she masters the basic figures in order not to hurt oneself. As always, Juliana's voice is wonderful and she demonstrates the exercise with her usual perfection! Thank you both!”
