“I am very grateful for Juliana and Mark for this beautiful and inspiring program ! I've been working out with it for two months now. One one the best birthday present I gave myself. Not only have I already increase my strength and flexibility, but I just feel so much better inside. Besides the flexibility benefits (already amazing results for me at this point), the Yin yoga videos are very healing and help me release negativity, sadness, resentment, all the unnecessary stuff that I drag from my past and no longer need. As I repeat them, I increase my awareness of my body and mind and learn to consciously and gently release my tensions. It really is a loving practice. With the Pilates videos, I build my strength and work the way up so I'll be soon able to follow the more challenging Yoga videos with fewer difficulties. I've already seen some encouraging results and will keep working out, and thanks to Boho Beautiful, keep improving my health and well being. Don't hesitate to purchase this program. It is totally worth it and you deserve something that good”

“I am very impressed with boho beautiful. Not only does Juliana have a soothing voice but her guidance is never overstated. As a women of 46 years old my body has transformed through the videos and her eating program. I have fallen off the bandwagon with the eating program lately since I’m not good at dedicating to plant based nutrients and even still I have seen results and feel so much better. I forgot to mention that I got in a car accident that caused me to have a straight cervical spine and ongoing neck pains. Yoga in general helped me heal but stumbling across Boho Beautiful has been a complete God send.”

“I cannot recommend the Boho Beautiful Complete enough. I have been following Juliana and Mark's content for years and I do videos everyday without fail. For me the Complete Program allowed me to take my practice to the next level. I have been following the 21 day Complete Series Schedule and having just finished day 13 (Abmazing 45) I am so thrilled because it was the first time that I have been able to reach a bind during my practice! All I could do was smile because it felt like such progress. Yoga is the best thing I have ever done for my body and Boho Beautiful has taught me to appreciate that and just slow down through life. So for that I will always be grateful.”

“Very, very good program, I am working on a irregular schedule, so this is for me the solution. I can follow a lesson anytime that suits me (mostly every day) The vibe and surroundings in the video's are great and Julia is giving me a lot of motivation through her restful and sometimes tough lessons.
