“Hi Juliana and Mark! I’ve just completed the last class of the yin yoga journey, and now it’s time for the next class, I’m so exited! First of all I would like to compliment you on the beautiful work you do every time. In comparison with others online yoga videos available on the Internet I’ve always thought your classes have something special. I really like your classes, because they are very professional. When I’m practicing with your videos I really realize that I’m not only doing a simple yoga class, but I’m also learning something more about myself and my emotions. It’s a really good idea to concentrate a lesson on a particular feeling, like gratitude in the last lesson! That is simply amazing, practicing yoga, relaxing your mind and enter an other amazing reality that just through concentration and meditation you can achieve! “I was looking for something a little more fast-paced in the yoga realm and this program did not disappoint! I was definitely sore after each class but I also started looking forward to the challenge. By the end, I even decided to include these videos in my regular practice! I loved each series, as the three challenged me in different ways. As for the yin yoga series- wow, just wow! This was really my first introduction to yin yoga and I absolutely loved it! Juliana has a very calming voice and I felt so incredibly relaxed in my body by the end of each video: the yin yoga series is something I would absolutely recommend if you're looking to start your week off on the right foot.”
