Love this programme. I have a subscription to the app and have purchased all the other programs (except the pregnancy one as I am not pregnant!). Boho complete adds extra variety & uniqueness! So creative and fun. Worth the purchase.

I love all of the BohoBeautiful content. I’ve been an avid follower for a couple of years now. Their ethos is worth adopting. Gratitude, giving, sharing, living…. I find them both to be an inspiration and the workouts are just a bonus. I’ve never felt better in my mind and body.

The complete program is like a course that allows you to go deep into your practice. It is three in one course, which has modifications, so you can return to each course in the future, challenging yourself but also enjoying the day off too! I have loved that the program feels so personal as all the programs/courses do. I have Accession, Retreat, and Detoxify. Complete is my latest purchase.

For me, the perfect combination of yoga and pilates to feel your whole body. In addition, yin yoga will help you 'stretch' your body and build or increase your discipline, inner and out. Although I had ballet classes for 30 years, in the beginning, I found it hard to stay 4 minutes in a position without the inner feelings Juliana talked about coming out. And they fade the more you practice as a sign of inner balance. And I think this is the most important thing you get (except for the strength, flexibility, and balance of the body).
