“THis is the best program you can find for online yoga and workout classes. Juliana makes very nice explainations and it is very easy to folllow. She is very carefull and conscienscous for teaching the best. The videos are also very well edited which is really pleasant to watch and listen and doing your exercices in the meantime. Thank you very much for this beautiful work and for sharing it!”

“Absolutely amazing and would recommend to anyone! I have already tried the 10 days program and was really excited to try this one too. I tend to adjust the resting days and breaks during the class to my ability and needs - the program is so great for that as it is very flexible and a truly wonderful mix of classes to both strengthen and flex your body. The Yin Yoga part is also an absolute devine if you want to do something relaxing instead of meditation. Thank you a millionth time!”
