“I personally never thought I would enjoy yoga or pilates, but after finding you on youtube and doing some of your amazing practices there, I can officially say I have fallen in love. I waited to purchase the complete program due to my pregnancy, but now that I have it I cannot go a day without doing one of the yoga or pilates practices. I love the yin yoga program so much. I feel so connected with my body and inner self. This whole program is absolutely amazing and has taken my practice to the next level.
