“I am 48 years old female. I started following BoHo just a little over a year ago on YouTube and immediately became a BoHo addict. I have never been in better shape in my entire life. Not to mention how wonderful I feel. Juliana and Mark are very special people. Not only they are brilliant and dedicated to what they do, but they possess that unique ability to penetrate your mind and your soul and make you feel so good about yourself. Juliana's voice is truly magical - calm, reassuring, nurturing... When I do my workouts with them - yoga, pilates, cardio, or whatever else it may be - I don't want them to end. That is how wonderful and empowering these workouts make you feel. This is not to say they are easy. Quite frankly some of them are killers, but modifications are always available and Juliana's kind and nurturing demeanor is always very reassuring. If you are looking to improve your self-esteem, your outlook on the future, and your overall health while sculpting a killer body, you just found a hidden gem. Give it a shot! “I love yoga and challenging workouts. This program really speaks to me — more than others I’ve tried — because I love the gentle, loving energy alignment I feel from the guide (Juliana). I feel she truly understands the concept of energy leverage by tapping into higher frequency and letting that ease the “effort” required to see the changes you seek. Yoga is less about the physical than it is about the spiritual, if you ask me, which is something I would claim about all of life. I especially love yoga, though, because it is a physical representation of what I’m constantly seeking for my spirit — to let go of resistance and stretch into a more expansive existence.”
