“I already love your videos from your YouTube channel and have been looking for longer workouts for a long time, but nothing came up to my expectations. Now I have tested 2 yoga and 2 Pilates workouts from your program and I am really happy. I love her, really. I am challenged and reach my limits and it is wonderful. Already with your YouTube videos and my jogging and rowing I finally managed to define my upper body and it helps me to cope with my back problems. Each time I become stronger and more flexible. “I love both your workouts and you guys so much. Since the day I discovered you on youtube, you helped me a lot with your attitude towards life and nature. Right now I am having a really difficult time and your workouts, not just the Complete Programm, but also the 10 days program and your youtube videos (yep, bought them all :D) help me concentrate on the really important things in life. “Everything I asked for. Yoga+pilates workout+yin yoga (to me it's like meditation) super wonderful scenery, it's just breath-taking...I do these every morning and actually look forward to do yoga and workout everyday. It's a moving meditation for sure. Thank you for the wonderful program! I don't regret a single penny.”
