“I love both your workouts and you guys so much. Since the day I discovered you on youtube, you helped me a lot with your attitude towards life and nature. Right now I am having a really difficult time and your workouts, not just the Complete Programm, but also the 10 days program and your youtube videos (yep, bought them all :D) help me concentrate on the really important things in life. “Everything I asked for. Yoga+pilates workout+yin yoga (to me it's like meditation) super wonderful scenery, it's just breath-taking...I do these every morning and actually look forward to do yoga and workout everyday. “This is an amazing workout programme that targets the whole body as well as your mind. Even though I’ve followed Boho Beautiful for years (back when they were still calling themselves Cexercise) and I’m fairly familiar with their routines this new programme in particular has managed to challenge and push me. The programme consists of three parts - a yoga workout series, a Pilates series and a series of yin yoga classes. They’re all put together really well and shot in some of the most beautiful locations. This is a minor detail but I really enjoy the background music also. The length of each class is at least 45 min and I feel relaxed, happy and especially with the Pilates class quite sweaty afterwards. It’s just a really great workout; one that I always look forward to doing. As with the last programme DVD (Boho Beautiful in 10 Days) I’m definitely gonna repeat these classes, too. I highly recommend a purchase, these are solid workouts to build up your physical strength, weight loss and mental well-being. Well worth the buy!”
