“Before buying the Pilates boot camp, I have been doing your free Pilates on YouTube and yoga which are really good. There are new exercises here that I haven’t seen on free Pilates. It’s not easy but really provides result when you do it in 4 days in a row. It’s very worthy for the amount you paid.”
