“I love every video Juliana and Mark make, so I might be a bit prejudiced :-) This pilates bootcamp starts a fire in your legs! I love the fact that pilates is so good for your back and your belly. These 45 minutes are killing you, but it is definitely worth it. The only problem I am facing is that I'm not so agile/flexible... this makes some workouts more difficult. But it always reminds me about what they say: "wherever you are today is exactly where you need to be".”
