“Excellent recipes and my 12 year old boy loves your smoothies, yes! Even the ones with spinach inside! I have tried your dishes and must say that even if they are plant based they are yummy!! “I’ve been wanting to go plant based for a while now, but I was afraid it was going to be too challenging for me because it seemed hard. I have to say, I am extremely impressed by the recipes from the 7 day detox as well as the cook book. I have been plant based for 2 weeks now and I love it! I feel amazing and I have so much energy. The foods are so delicious and full of flavor with all the combinations. I’m truly thankful for Juliana’s recipes and all her yogas videos!”
