“I have only done the first class for now but it was amazing! It really made my body happy. “I have only done day one but was a bit disappointed in the morning practice as most of it was pretty easy but then at the end you did the crow pose and a head stand which are both way beyond my abilities. I understand we need to be challenged but those poses are very advanced. I am hoping the other classes are somewhat challenging but not to that extent. I also just saw on Instagram that you are offering more free classes for the next 20 or so days , had I known that I probably would not have purchased the retreat . I am curious to see what the rest of the retreat is about though and do appreciate your knowledge and the way you inspire us in so many ways.”
