“Very clear communication on program objectives, content, format, terms and conditions. It was really useful that this communication was not once-off but you contacted us on a regular basis prior to the Retreat to build up our anticipation but also our preparation (esp within) to make the most out of it. Never did you exaggerate in the frequency of updates, newsletters etc.... on the contrary we were expecting to hear more of you because ...... you had something important and precious to tell us. So here we are now - you managed to make us feel we have packaged our luggage and travel to find you tomorrow and begin our journey. Thank you....”
