“The best thing about the Lockdown is, that I have found Boho Beautiful. I started off with soft Yoga classes and a few Pilates courses, that were really hard and very painful for me. I am 62 now, I have dance and Yoga experience and thought I would have to stopp with both of it because a Doctor said I need a new hip. Fortunately another doctor, that I consulted said, I must do exercises every day. Since I do Boho every day my pain is nearly gone. The Butterfly was extremely painful, now after one year I am back and even further to where I was before my hip problems started. Thank you so much.”

“I'm very impressed. Your teaching style is diverse and challenging (but within reason), your have a beautiful voice, and the setting in Nicaragua is making me travel from home. The videos are stunning and the soundtrack is relaxing - it's just a treat, especially for that competitive price. All of these reasons is what led me to purchase the retreat in the first place after following a few of your free videos. I'm doing the retreat in combination with the 14-day free program and it works well for me. Thank you both! Your partnership and concept inspires me.”

“Though there is another programme called Transform, actually this Retreat gave me the best transformation I could have imagined. Some of the classes were extremely challenging, not as much for the body, as for the mind, but after completing it all, I feel more strenght in both body and mind. Each class is very balanced to deliver both physical activity and relaxation with rewarding posea in the end. Will definitely repeat parts of it in my daily practice!”
