“I did the first three hourlong flows - and then I did them again. They are beyond my expectations. They are easy to follow, yet challenging enough to improve my yoga. I am so excited for the next four classes. During the holidays I finally have time to experience the classes as they were supposed to (morning and evening classes). You cannot do anything wrong with purchasing this program. Surely I will purchase another one.”

But program is so good when it's worth every dollar from full price. I have a feeling when I am in privet yoga practice with Juliana. “I have been following Juliana and Mark for a long time now, and couldn't even count how many hours I have spent on the mat with them. The retreat programme is beautiful, and something I will come back to and share with friends for years to come. It's a little slice of bliss, which is especially wonderful in covid times. My only wish is that they produce an additional retreat programme in the future, with some more advanced positions for those who want a further challenge. “I haven't done it yet. I'm waiting for a week with more time for myself and less work in January.
