“I have always wanted to go on a retreat but life gets in the way and it really has not been a practical option. With this course I can take my time, repeat as necessary and create my own personal retreat space. “Thank you for your very nice product! What I really liked is the quality of videos, the theme of Retreat, that super beautiful three behind, you have very good eye in choosing the destination. I felt like I went there with you. I really enjoyed 1 h classes, sometimes it was a bit too dificult to me so I stayed and starting position or did my own movements. In general very nice and good price- quality range. Super nice extra is a soundrack that you can listen while reading. Thank you!”

“There were several times during my practices where I was able to go farther than I have before. With every session I could feel myself improve a little, and every day I found myself being more self aware. It is still tough to journal at times, as I am still in school and when life is hectic you want to withdraw, but the positive light that this retreat shone gave me the strength I needed. “The quality of Boho Beautiful content is top notch, and this retreat is no exception. I loved the content, but I struggled to fit the classes into my daily routine. I completed the retreat in seven consecutive days while working full time, which I do not recommend to anyone. I became sleep-deprived and stressed, which is obviously counter-productive. If I were to do it again, I would take time off work to avoid feeling pressed for time, or I would attend an in-person retreat.”
