“I will admit I was a bit hesitant to take this retreat as I have attended other yoga and mindful meditation retreats in the past in person. I was pleasantly surprised by the Juliana's practices that were very intentional and thought out. I felt like she was talking to me live wherever I chose to hold my practice session with her. I was able to practice when it worked for me and my schedule. I could go back anytime to hold space for myself, challenge myself while also listening to the needs of my mind, body and spirit and modify accordingly based on Juliana's recommendations. I also LOVE and felt was an added bonus the 3 hour soundtrack. I play it ever night I go to sleep. I highly recommend this retreat and I look forward to future offerings from this beautiful couple and I wish them all the best as their love and family grow's. Thank you for this beautiful intentional retreat that has strengthened not only my body physically but also my mind and spirit. This retreat allowed by entire being to unite on so many levels. “I really enjoyed the retreat! It's so perfect for 2020. When I first thought of a "virtual" retreat, I thought it'll be something easier or require less commitment. But once I started I realize how much I am involved in this experience. Juliana is so engaging and it makes me look forward to the evening sessions. Even though I'm going about my own tasks during the day, I am consciously aware that I'm in the middle of a retreat. Also, love the soundtrack!”

“I decided to start this program after a decision to change my career. In the context of COVID this was the perfect plan to press restart. I also needed to get back in shape and after years of practicing yoga, but neglecting it over the past year, i was happy to find my strength back, a little bit more everyday. “Before I started the boho beautiful retreat, I followed you already since a year on youtube. I am a professionell dancer thats why I have enjoyed a lot the advance classes on the youtube channel. Firstly I was a bit disappointed from the boho beautiful retreat because I thought it would be a bigger physical challenge for me. In the end I have discovered something wonderful not much in the physical training but more for my mental inner peace, that it is great for me to do an evening practice before going to sleep. It helps me a lot to have a great calm sleep and a better start in the next day. I hope you will just stop with boho beautiful and not delete the channel.”
