“Loved it! I did it twice in a row and felt that the second time around I delved deeper and it was more fruitful! I felt that the content was a daily build up which was amazing. And since we would be doing it while still going on with our days you gave us practical tips to take with us throughout our day! I also loved the fact that it wasn't just the themes but also the content that was a build up, hence one could practice poses and pranayamas! The programme challenged up physically, mentally and spiritually!”

“Just completed the retreat. It was amazing. I felt like I was in Nicaragua along side Julianna. A yoga retreat has always been on my bucket list but have not been able to make it to one yet. This retreat made me feel like I was a part of something magical in the confort of my own home, especially during this COVID pandemic. I love the incorporation of differing yoga styles.
