“This retreat program has changed my life. I don’t say that lightly. The first day of the retreat we were to write how we felt, and I wrote in my journal that I felt empty, numb, and that all I wanted from this retreat was to feel something. I got exactly what I was hoping for and so much more. I surrendered myself to this experience entirely and I am so grateful that I did. Doing this allowed me to open myself up to receive answers to questions that I didn’t even know I should be asking myself. The most important revelation I had during this retreat was learning that I need to love myself. That’s my personal struggle and journey so I wouldn’t guarantee that you’ll find that too. However, I am certain that no matter what your journey or struggles may be, if you surrender yourself to this experience, you will find a necessary change within yourself. The fact that this is an at-home retreat, allows you to put what you learn into action right away in the real world. For this reason, I have found it to be just as, if not more effective than any over-night stay retreat. Juliana and Mark, from the bottom of my very full heart, I thank you so much for putting your energy into this experience. I am so grateful that your journeys have lead you to where you are now because what you both do puts so much positive energy into the world and it really has changed my life for the better. “I purchased the "retreat" program during the coronavirus pandemic and received so much more than expected; I found some calm in the storm, so to speak, and enjoyed every second of it. I look forward to purchasing another program soon! Also, helpful hint: if you're purchasing from the USA, use PayPal or call your credit card company before you make the purchase as the server that is used here is Canadian and a lot of credit card companies in the USA will automatically decline your purchase based on the location of the server.”

“Dear Juliana and Mark, I am so happy that i bought this retreat. It was worthy all the money because it really works deeply. I had an amazing time, i've been through different stages every single day. I've been crying and laughing alternately to finally at the end feel this big release. And every single day the magic was happening because the universe was giving me guidelines to pursue the plan which i created for myself. Thanks to your program i could feel how my body started opening it was so deeply releasing. I also gain lots of strength in my muscles. After seven days i decided to do this once again and work on another thing :). I am so happy that i can actually repeat it as much as i want because it is online. I really reccomend this to everyone from the bottom of my heart if you want to finally move forward and do something amazing for yourself. Thank you for recording everything in this magical place i could really feel it's energy supporting me. And also thank you for sharing this wonderful soundtrack. I listen to this music daily and it gives me lots of power . Thank you for everything you have created :) Every single lesson and theme was so profound. So strongly touching. “The ebook was wonderful and the cinematography and music divine as always. The classes were a good mix of basic and challenging poses. The journal activities were great. The only thing I would change and was surprised by is that there we’re not meditation and gentle/restorative yoga classes offered for every day of the retreat, it was one or the other. The class provided were quality though and I very much appreciate your efforts and products.”
