I had a week off work and went with this programme to try to just take some time for myself and to catch a break from all that is going on in the world at this time. “I've started training with Boho Beautiful for 2 years now. Starting with Pilates/ and Core reinforcement mainly. After months I've discovered also Yoga thanks to Julianna's wonderful online trainings. With this Retreat Program I wanted to extend my knowledge about Yoga practises in general and also discover all different possible experiences with longer yoga sessions. I found so much peace practising now Yoga everyday - it is a complete life and mind change for me (who only believed in hard gym classes). I'm very exciting about what will come after as I cannot live without it now. Thanks to the Boho beautiful team for sharing so much of your knowledge, for your incredible trainings and mindset.”

“I started Yoga a number of years ago, but as a man I have struggled to find either online or physical classes that strike a balance between me needing a slightly harder strength yoga but not having to much flexibility of some classes. I recently found this in a local yoga class which has had to stop due to the pandemic. Since then I have found it very difficult to find a suitable online class or course. This 7 day retreat program is excellent. It allows you to take moves to your own limit or flexibility while allowing for growth in each move. I like that the course explores different types of yoga and I will be using it for the next couple of months to see how far I can develop. Once I feel that I have pushed this as far as I can i thence look forward to exploring Boho other content. Thanks guys Steven”
